All giclées are printed to order, please allow two to three weeks between order and shipment depending whether the piece is framed or unframed. For framed pieces, we will be in touch with a Fedex tracking number.
“White glove”delivery service is a type of shipping method for items that require special attention due to size, value or fragility. White-glove professionals are highly trained and experienced in making sure your piece arrives in perfect condition and are equipped with the ability to install the piece on site.
Any pieces over the size of 22” x 30” will be shipped via a white glove delivery service. We work with two tried and true companies to obtain the best quote for our clients. Please note, white-glove shipping is an additional fee, can be expensive and will be invoiced separately.
All pieces under the 22” x 30” size will be shipped via Fedex.
It’s simple really: art is an investment. As such, we want to ensure the safety and delivery of your piece. Having worked with our white-glove delivery services over the course of many years, we know the importance of safe care, handling and insurance when transporting delicate pieces of art. After placing an order for an original piece of artwork, you can rest easy in the knowledge that your investment will arrive to you untarnished.
Depending on your location and the size and weight of the piece, shipping costs will vary. Prior to billing, we will be in touch to provide our clients with a quote and an estimated ship date.
Yes! If you are in need of a specific size piece not featured on my website, please contact us directly via email at holler@dorothyshain with measurement needs. We will get back to you with size options and a quote. Please note, the proportions must correspond with the size of the original artwork.
We have worked with an incredible local framer in Greenville, SC for over 5 years. While our clients are able to purchase prints and originals unframed, we also provide a custom framing option. We offer a natural and white framing option but should you need something specific, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist.
Why yes! We would love to have you by the studio for a visit. To schedule an appointment, please contact email@example.com. While we are not typically in the office on weekends, if our schedules allow, we would be happy to meet you.
In 2019, we launched our trade program. We offer a 20% discount to interior designers on our textiles and wallpapers. Please note, this discount does not apply to our prints or originals. To register, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your business license.
